Don’t get in the habit of harboring stale feelings of negativity. Situations from our past can often creep into our present and future lives.
The feelings you have regarding a difficult past outcome will last if you let them. Be open to viewing your past in a different way. Be diligent on letting it go.
Often times the past exists as a teacher but it doesn’t need to be a permanent classroom. Take what you need from past situations but allow yourself the freedom to move on.
Don’t allow the past to clutter into your present too much. Focus on your current state of life in order to enjoy the present moment and steer ahead toward a future with endless possibilities.
