Every day gives you the opportunity to completely start fresh. It doesn’t have to be New Year’s Eve or a special day to declare your new goals and begin again.
Each year we’re filled with a set of cumulative new days which we can formulate at anytime into a life goal or plan.
It’s never too late or the wrong time to start something. You’re never too old, tired, inexperienced or unable to begin. Realize each day is a blessing and holds an opportunity to try. Dare to be bold and brave. See beyond your comfort zone. Look deep within to find a new path and start walking.
I encourage you to set aside some time and reevaluate your current goals and see if they still align with your values and life purpose. If not change them. Don’t be afraid and stick with old plans you’ve outgrown. Be honest and assess the direction you truly desire to go. Never get stuck with an old set of plans because they feel comfortable.
Invest in yourself daily. Even if you’re completely changing course, change today. Don’t wait to start what you can’t stop thinking about. Give a lot of yourself and you will quickly see the return.
Take a moment to examine your life. Simply look at your day’s events and reflect. Are you fitting into a life you want?
It’s easy to get in a routine and simply fit your way into a life but at some point it feels uncomfortable. You’ve got to build a life to your size and fit in where you desire to be.
Get back in touch with your dreams and aspirations, your personal kindness and generosity, your gratitude and blessings, strengths and weaknesses.
We live in an abundant world and you deserve abundant thoughts that shape and direct your life. If you’re just getting by and fitting into a life that’s not quite up to your dream life, remember you’re good enough right now at any point to rethink and restart.
It’s okay to be anywhere in life but take time to reflect. Don’t just make a place for yourself, find a place. Take care to gently examine your direction and place abundant thoughts within your mind as seeds of hope building and reflecting back to you the life you desire.
You’re worthy of productive and abundant thoughts. Don’t simply take up space in life. Instead with care, work with yourself and in yourself to find your place in life.
It’s very easy to get caught up in the difficulties of life. Take time instead to rediscover and cultivate your blessings. Even if you have few, you have many.
Do you have running water? A safe place to rest your head? A few moments of quiet to yourself? A friend? Food to eat? Can you walk? See? Simple as they may seem, someone else doesn’t have these things or abilities and someone else may have lost their life so you have freedom and privileges.
In times of worry and anxiety, rediscover your blessings. When you still your mind and keep it on things you truly can be grateful for new things can break free and enter your world. If you try to build on a crumbling foundation of your struggles, it can be shaky. Instead build on a solid foundation filled with your blessings.
We all have so much to be grateful for and if this post allows for a few minutes of gratitude, you’ll have changed the day and a little bit of the world by changing your thinking. If you practice gratitude already, you know the benefits reach far greater than yourself.
At certain points in life we really have to dig in deep and become brave. It’s easy to be complacent and let fear immobilize us at times.
Being brave doesn’t require much but a little bit of change and change can feel very uncomfortable. Being brave isn’t about adapting a warrior attitude or winning battles. It’s simple a journey in which at some turning point you decide to be brave. You do something outside your comfort zone and it scares you but changes you.
If you want new results, adopt this method of bravery. Try something that will change your life in a new direction.
Remember, nothing is easy. Even sitting back and doing nothing has its price. The struggle is in the learning. The reward is the lesson. Be brave in your journey and learn from your bravery.
Doubt and fear are the two enemies you can’t afford to rob you. Never let doubt or fear keep you from trying.
They say you have nothing to lose by trying and I believe that’s partly true. When you try, you lose only your own doubts. Even if you get nothing in return, you’ll have accomplished something unexpected. You’ll have surprised yourself by stepping out of unfamiliar territory and attempting something new.
Unfortunately, fear and doubt stop us from even starting. Overwhelming beliefs we’re not good enough, unskilled or unable can literally stop us in our tracks. Don’t let this be your story.
In order to find your true path, you must learn to search within yourself and erase doubt and fear. If the life you’re currently living isn’t what you truly envision for yourself, then you must build up your confidence.
Doubt and fear will weigh you down. Keep them in check. It’s not easy. Once you see how these feelings operate to keep you stagnant, you might want to feel the fear but try anyways. Erase the doubt and fear chatter in your mind for a minute and see what might be possible and go for it.
Thoughts truly are things. They can transform us or lead us into despair. It’s challenging to always be upbeat but you can attempt to control your mind. You can try to steer from negative thoughts to positive thoughts.
So why not try a small challenge to keep your thoughts positive for 30 days. It’s difficult but the results will amaze you.
Let your own mind start working in your favor. Quickly replace a negative thought with a positive one. Substitute anxiety and worry with gratitude.
Try it for 30 days. Never let a negative thought seep so deep into your mind and find a home there. A positive mind is soil for good things. It can imagine and propel you. Choose positivity!
I know what it’s like to feel stuck on a path headed far from my goals. Sometimes we literally have to reinvent ourselves to become the kind of person that strikes out and chooses a path other than our familiar safe one. I’m here to encourage you to reinvent yourself and your plans at anytime.
Don’t think it’s impossible to recreate an image of the person you’d like to become. You can reshape your future if you try. Don’t let doubt and statistical standards keep you from your goals. You’re not too old or unqualified to achieve something. You’re just the right age and you can become qualified.
I suggest that if you’ve been putting up a few reasons or roadblocks in your mind as to why something can’t be done, you reinvent and reshape your way of thinking. Determine you will become the person required to achieve the goals you have in your heart. Keep going!
You only have to get along with one person in your life- yourself. Become really good friends with yourself. I did this and began to notice strengths, weaknesses and areas I could devote more time to improve.
Life is tough. It’s best to learn to be nice to yourself. In your own mind, you will discover a glorious and amazing find- you. It’s there you will enjoy the phenomenal view- your life.
It’s easy to get caught up in pleasing other people such as friends, family and coworkers. Once you get to know yourself, it’s easy to see which areas of your life are lacking attention.
It’s been said you can be your own worst enemy. It’s very true. We can build ourselves up or tear ourselves down within our own minds. Be positive, nice and caring to your permanent life long friend. Become supportive to you.
I have no idea what your day was like today. I don’t walk in your shoes. I have a pretty good idea what my day was like. It was mixed with many emotions as usual.
My day went from nice moments mingled with a little panic, excitement and content. With these varying emotions it occurred to me although I can’t see it there is beauty in every moment. Discontent can easily turn to contentment and when we look back we can see how uneasy we felt navigating the storm into calm waters again.
I’m encouraging you to see beauty in every moment. You must search to find it. But with time, it will eventually find you. Enjoy each day.
At the end of the day or even the beginning perhaps there’s just you left to motivate yourself. There’s nothing wrong about not having fifty people to motivate you. In fact, the best lesson is to practice motivating yourself.
Maybe you’ve reached the end of a long journey for a goal and ended up empty handed. You can never entirely wear out a dream or goal and it’s okay to let it go. Only you can wear out and sometimes this may happen when you’re working so hard to achieve your goal.
It’s okay to say it couldn’t be done but don’t give up on yourself. It’s time to motivate yourself. You’re not done yet. Move on quickly and find a new goal or dream. Always motivate yourself even when you win and especially when you lose.
