Every day gives you the opportunity to completely start fresh. It doesn’t have to be New Year’s Eve or a special day to declare your new goals and begin again.
Each year we’re filled with a set of cumulative new days which we can formulate at anytime into a life goal or plan.
It’s never too late or the wrong time to start something. You’re never too old, tired, inexperienced or unable to begin. Realize each day is a blessing and holds an opportunity to try. Dare to be bold and brave. See beyond your comfort zone. Look deep within to find a new path and start walking.
I encourage you to set aside some time and reevaluate your current goals and see if they still align with your values and life purpose. If not change them. Don’t be afraid and stick with old plans you’ve outgrown. Be honest and assess the direction you truly desire to go. Never get stuck with an old set of plans because they feel comfortable.
Invest in yourself daily. Even if you’re completely changing course, change today. Don’t wait to start what you can’t stop thinking about. Give a lot of yourself and you will quickly see the return.
Life is a series of lessons. The same can be said of success. It’s not easy when you don’t have a manual, guide book or teacher. Sometimes you simply have to show up and let life guide you to learn from it.
Never be so afraid to learn from life that you neglect to live. It’s imperative you pay close attention and align your goals and direction in accordance with a few of life’s lessons.
Don’t get stuck on failure. There is no real difference in life lessons between an A and a F just a perceived difference. The final grade doesn’t matter most of the time. Showing up for class matters all of the time.
If you have no teacher, learn the lessons to the best of your ability. If you’re fortunate to have a mentor, appreciate the time they put into your life.
Never spend too long focusing on the should haves and would haves, you aren’t meant to be perfect or you’d have all the answers from the beginning. Keep going and living to learn. Whether a new subject or language, the act of learning assists you in life.
Whether you’ve recently learned the hard way or not, adjust your sails and stay on course. Develop a passion for living and you will find a clear cut passion in life that leads to success. Share your zest for life with others. Determine your direction and let the subtle lessons we learn here help strengthen your course. Never let one or many defeats completely stop you in your tracks.
Keep learning and going after life, even if you simply live for your goals. Be accepting of failures, rejections and tough terrain. They teach us. Be surprised and grateful for blessings and success. Life is a journey best traveled by living for its marvelous and wondrous teachings.
Doubt and fear are the two enemies you can’t afford to rob you. Never let doubt or fear keep you from trying.
They say you have nothing to lose by trying and I believe that’s partly true. When you try, you lose only your own doubts. Even if you get nothing in return, you’ll have accomplished something unexpected. You’ll have surprised yourself by stepping out of unfamiliar territory and attempting something new.
Unfortunately, fear and doubt stop us from even starting. Overwhelming beliefs we’re not good enough, unskilled or unable can literally stop us in our tracks. Don’t let this be your story.
In order to find your true path, you must learn to search within yourself and erase doubt and fear. If the life you’re currently living isn’t what you truly envision for yourself, then you must build up your confidence.
Doubt and fear will weigh you down. Keep them in check. It’s not easy. Once you see how these feelings operate to keep you stagnant, you might want to feel the fear but try anyways. Erase the doubt and fear chatter in your mind for a minute and see what might be possible and go for it.
I don’t know your story or how your day went and I might not know you but I do know you’re brimming with possibilities and there’s a chance whatever you dream might just happen for you.
Just a little reminder to you: Things are possible. Despite outside influences, internal conflicts, problems and life in general which can be difficult to navigate at times, always think that things are possible for you.
Let all the burdens fall away. Set your course on what you wish to attain. That’s the goal.
From social media to news, it seems everyone has gotten good at telling us how to live. In a few articles, I can be told what to eat, which fad to follow and what dress to wear. They’re determined to give us a carbon copy life. You can get a slice of that popular life if you spend your life following all the people you’re supposed to look up to.
I decided a long time ago fad people and idols were not for me. I have learned to steer clear of what the masses tell me to do. You’ve got to expand your own thinking for the life you wish to create to get past the one they’ve created for you. I think there’s another IN crowd. It’s one less talked about but full of pioneers, leaders and achievers. It’s the crowd I follow.
If you want to be part of an IN crowd, aim for these: INspirers, INnovators, INtellectuals, INvaluable minds, INteresting people and INtriguing lives. It’s something to think about.
At the end of the day or even the beginning perhaps there’s just you left to motivate yourself. There’s nothing wrong about not having fifty people to motivate you. In fact, the best lesson is to practice motivating yourself.
Maybe you’ve reached the end of a long journey for a goal and ended up empty handed. You can never entirely wear out a dream or goal and it’s okay to let it go. Only you can wear out and sometimes this may happen when you’re working so hard to achieve your goal.
It’s okay to say it couldn’t be done but don’t give up on yourself. It’s time to motivate yourself. You’re not done yet. Move on quickly and find a new goal or dream. Always motivate yourself even when you win and especially when you lose.
Early in my own life, I realized that to achieve great things my road was a bit more difficult. I pursued a policy that made me think outside the box.
Over the course of time, I achieved a good amount of success through uncommon motivation.
Sometimes you can’t afford to focus on your daily common existence. You must think beyond your routine. If you’re following everyone else’s formula for success, you will end up with their version of success.
If you’re hungry for uncommon success, you must pay the price. It’s skipping the fun and working on your passion in life. Never give in by adhering to what society tells you to do. That is a minimal formula for limited success. Skip the latte but run the extra mile. Forget the party and study up on your goal.
You can achieve anything you want if you’re willing to expand your thoughts and use uncommon motivation. Keep going!
It’s so easy to get caught up in following other people, trends and whatever is current. If you strive to be a unique individual with your own goals and dreams, you must choose to be a thinker.
Being a thinker requires you to break away from society for a bit. You must realize what you have to contribute is as important as what they’re selling you in mainstream media. From the latest fad to the hottest product, song or show being a thinker allows you to stray from following and let your own creativity show.
While it’s nice to fit in with everybody else, sometimes thinking can put you a step or two ahead of those that choose to follow. Dream big even if no one else sees your vision. Think first.
